Description:
Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a natural phospholipid that is an essential componentof cell membranes. PS promotes brainfunction by increasing neuronal membrane fluidity (cell-to-cell communication), resulting in improved cognition. Also, PS protects against stress by mitigating the actions of cortisol (catabolic stress hormone.) Cogni-PS is a concentrated form of phosphatidylserine derived from an enzymatic process of soy phospholipids.

Ingredient Details:
Soybean oil. Softgel consists of gelatin, glycerin and water. PS-100 is from 500 mg of mixed phospholipids in a base of soybean oil.
Suggested Use:
Take 1 - 3 capsules or 1 softgel daily with food, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. Best kept refrigerated.
