*Proprietary Tri-Strength Creatine Complex: creatine ethyl ester, di-creatine malate, creatine monohydrate.**Accelerated Plasma Shuttle Technology: histidine, di-arginine malate, magnesium chelate. Other ingredients: Maltose, modified glucose polymers, citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, lecithin, beta carotene, sucralose.
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop of 3-XL (19.5g) in 8oz of water, and consume about 30min after exercise or physical activity. On non-training days, mix 1 scoop with 8oz water, and consume with breakfast or your favourite MRP shake. Do not exceed 3 servings (60g) per day. For best results, use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks.
